Jack & Davis-You will see a common theme here where Davis is in the driver seat. Funny how this reminds me of Greg and I when we were little!

Our beautiful baby boy

On April 17th, 2009, at 10:33 we got to see our beautiful baby boy for the first time. He came out screaming loud. At birth he weighed 7lbs 9oz and was 20.5inches long. He was our biggest baby so far! Because of my previous 2 C-sections, I had to have a 3rd. When Joshua was getting his bath, the nurse pointed out a few bruises on the top of his head. She told Bobby that those bruises were from him head butting me in the pelvic bone! Ouch! We finally got our new room at Hotel Northside. It was so nice. They definitely made some nice changes. Emma stayed with Mimi the entire time when we were at the hospital. Grandpa had Jack spend the night for 2 nights. He loves his grandpa so much. It is so cute! We had lots of visitors which I really like since we had to be there for so long. We had some great nurses who took fabulous care of us. It is so nice to be at Northside on the weekends because they do not wake you up at 6am, they let you sleep until 8am! Joshua is such a great baby! He never cries and is a great sleeper and eater. Today we went to his first Dr. appointment and he already has gained 1/2 lb since our departure of the hospital. He weighs 7lbs 15oz! The Dr. said that he looks perfect! We are so blessed to have a healthy wonderful baby boy.
