Day at the Park, Ben's B-day & Princess

I went to the park last week with Vicki, Jessie and Melissa and their children. This is Sammy. He has a little brother Harrison who is only 3 months old.

Jack & Austin enjoying lunch-that is what they ate of it.

Sammy eating his PBJ. Yummy!

Brodie holding onto the fence, which is around the park area. Good thing so that no one can sneak away from us.

Emma and her best friend Abigail looking at the caterpillar (which is in the picture below). He was kinda a creepy caterpillar. Of course you know they all wanted to touch it!

Emma, Abigail and Jay carefully poking the caterpillar with a stick.

This past weekend we went to Susan & Lee's to celebrate Ben's birthday. Here is Emma enjoying her dinner with Jake.

Here is the cake that I made for Ben. He loves Buzz Lightyear!

This is such a Susan expression. So serious!

Me holding my sweet Joshua. I still cannot believe how big he is. He is not even 5 months yet! His thighs are almost as big as my arms!

Here are everyone helping Ben open his presents. He would unwrap one thing then want you to get it out of the box right that second. So cute.

Emma and Jack looking at Ben's new book.

Emma holding daddy. I took all this pics so that Bobby could get a new profile picture on Facebook. He he he. His profile picture he has now is from Hawaii last year.

Granpa is so wonderful that he bought Emma 3 new princess dresses, Jack a bulldozer and them some crayola coloring pages. Of course Emma came home and had to try them all on for me. She loves to dress up as a princess. Well you know that she is REALLY a princess!

Her Barbie princess dress.

My sweet Jack. For the past month and a half we have been potty training Jack. I was not going to force the issue since he is only 2 1/2 and a boy, but he told us that he wanted to pee pee on the potty. So of course we said go for it! Well he has been doing great. He does have accidents now and again, but mostly when he is not near a restroom and/or I am not with him. At home he will just go on his potty without me asking him if he has to go, but if we are out, I have to ask him if he has to go and bring him. His preschool teacher said that he went potty 3 times last Thursday so that was really good. Anyways, he is doing a great job and we are so proud of him! Yeah JACK!!!

Birthdays, Birthdays, & more Birthdays

Happy Birthday Pa!!!
We went to our new Friday night hang out to celebrate my dad's birthday. Of course all the kids were so excited about getting cake and helping blow out the candles.

Greg holding Joshua. He is getting so big so fast!!

Emma and Grace getting ready to blow out Pa's candles.

Mimi, Emma, Grace, Joshua, Greg & Danna enjoying the Birthday dinner.

Joshua hanging out in his exersaucer. Look at the rolls on his neck! I am so not used to it.

Mimi holding our new nephew Grant Oyler. He was born August 5th.

Bobby's cousin Kelly had their baby boy on the same day. I think it is funny because Danna, Kelly and myself all were 100% sure that we were having a girl until we had our ultrasounds. We all had BOYS!! Joshua is only 3 1/2 months older than his new cousin and second cousin. How fun! Kelly and Jason welcomed their son Jackson Hunter on August 5th at 11:24 pm. I was telling Bobby when we got home from the hospital that it would be funny if Kelly had her baby that same day. He didn't think so because he spoke with Aunt Marilyn the day before and she said that Kelly went to the Dr. and that her Dr. didn't think he would be here anytime soon. Bobby woke up the next morning and checked his Facebook and there were pictures of Jackson!! How exciting! We really wish that Kelly and Jason lived closer so that we could hang out with them. Our kids are almost exactly the same age and all the same gender. Maybe we are lucky that they live in Hawaii so that we can go back for another visit!

Fun at Riverside Park!! When my brother and sister in law were in the hospital, my parents and I took all of our kids to this new water park in Roswell. The kids had so much fun. This is a fountain park that just opened up July 18th.

I like these next two pictures because I got most of the 5 kids in these pictures.

More Birthdays!! Greg's birthday is on the 15th & Bobby's is on the 17th. So every year we celebrate them on the same day. We went to Greenwoods in Roswell. The kids had so much fun because they have a beautiful garden in the back of the restaurant.

Grace. She is so beautiful inside and out! We just love her so much!!

Bobby holding Joshua about to enjoy a slice of birthday cake. Yummy!

The beautiful gardens at the restaurant. The boys had so much fun. Davis and Jack just love each other so much. Davis even got to spend the night with us one night when Danna was in the hospital. He had so much fun. He asked me the other day if he could come over. Just wait til we get the bunk beds set up. Boy will the boys have so much fun!!
